Our Approach

  1. Funnel & CRM Buildout
    • Launched a GoHighLevel instance from scratch.
    • Linked Typeform → VSL video → Calendar booking with automated lead routing.
    • Added lead tags, follow‑up automations, and abandoned‑call recovery flows.
  2. Show‑Rate Optimization
    • “Next‑Steps” video before booking to pre‑frame and qualify leads.
    • Confirmation‑page video plus Typeform activator questions.
    • Dynamic SMS/email reminders tailored to lead source and urgency.
  3. Team Expansion & Enablement
    • Recruited two setters and two closers.
    • Rolled out scorecards, daily pipeline reviews, and weekly call‑audit coaching.
  4. Offer Optimization
    • Introduced structured up‑/down‑sells by commitment level.
    • Automated offer logic tied to call outcomes (e.g., no‑show triggers down‑sell sequence).
    • Added evergreen webinars and workshops for the warm audience.

Results After 10 Months

  • Revenue grew from $300 K → $1.8 M per month.
  • Close rate doubled from 14 % → 28 %.
  • Show rate leapt from 50 % → 75 % thanks to the pre‑frame funnel.
